Imagine yourself on a beautiful Caribbean island far away from all distractions of everyday life.  You may choose to start your day lying on the beach with a tropical drink in hand and cool tradewinds brushing your side.  From there you may simply move to a spot at the pool, or take a dip in the warm waters off Sappire Beach and do some snorkeling with turtles, tropical fish, and rays.  Or, you may choose to sit out on the deck and catch up on some reading and occasionally glimpse out to catch the gorgeous views of the turquoise Caribbean waters, world-renowned white-sand Sapphire Beach, St. John, and Tortola.  And, this is all before you head out to do some water sports at the onsite Sapphire Beach Marina, world-class shopping , or other island activities.

Paradise at the Beach Unit One . . .

is a luxurious and superbly maintained beachfront condo situated directly on the glistening white sands of the world-renowned one-mile Sapphire Beach in St. Thomas, USVI.  It's conveniently located for quick access to all of the region's outstanding attractions and within one mile of Red Hook.  It comes fully furnished with all the conveniences of home: Air-Conditioning, Cable TV, DVD, AM/FM Stereo w/ CD Player, and Telephone.
 
The Living Room opens onto a Large Wrap-Around Deck and offers magnificent panoramic views of a picture-perfect Caribbean seascape and reefs with the offshore islands of St. John and Tortola in the near horizon.  A Pull-Out Sofa, Additional Seating, and Entertainment Center are included in the Living Room.

Off the Living Room is a Fully-Equipped Kitchen and Dinette Area.

The Bedroom has privacy doors which may be completely closed off to the rest of the suite to create a private bedroom or left open.  Included in the bedroom area is a desk work area.

Amenities: White Sand Caribbean Beach, Large Fresh Water Pool w/ Multi-Level Pool Deck, Wireless Internet in Lobby, Onsite Beach Rentals, Onsite Marina offering jet ski rentals, boat rentals, and fishing charters,  Entertainment Center with DVD Player, Video Collection, Cable TV, AM/FM/CD Stereo, Games, Bedroom with King Bed, Full Bathroom, Pull-out Sofa Bed, Phone, Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fans, Dinette, Desk area, Fully Equipped Kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, stove, and oven, Linens provided including beach towels, Deck, Pool, Iron and Ironing Board, Hair Dryer, Ice Chest, Binoculars, Onsite 24-hour Guard-Gated Security, Washers & Dryers available. Also Included: FREE Beach Chair Rentals, Snorkel Gear, & Pool Floats!

           11/15/08 - 4/30/09: $300/nt. or $1800/wk.

         5/1/09 - 11/14/09: $200/nt. or $1200/wk.

             Rates do not include a $250 Refundable Security Deposit or 8% VI Tax.
